Con su saxo de sirena, su hipnótica voz y su verdaderamente neurótico sentido del ritmo, Jessie Evans ha alterado el orden desde su primera aparición en el año 2000, dentro del legendario grupo femenino Subtonix. Ya en el 2002 formó The Vanishing, un trio liderado por su bajo, su voz y su saxo. Su oscuro y futurista sonido se reforzaba con su salvaje presencia en escena y es que sus directos nunca dejaban pasar la oportunidad de incendiar la pista de baile. Su incontinencia musical continuó, formando parte de otros proyectos como Autonervous o colaboraciones con Glass Candy y Bettina Koster.

Earache Records reedita todo un clásico del death metal, Clandestine, de Entombed. Una edición de lujo remasterizada y con bonus DVD.

 


Editado en 1991, Clandestine se convirtió en la plataforma de lanzamiento de los suecos Entombed, quienes ratificaron posteriormente su potencial dentro del death metal facturado en el norte de Europa, con la edición de Wolverine Blues. Con el tiempo, se han convertido en una referencia imprescindible en la evolución del estilo.

Dawn Of Solance: The Darkness

Tuomas Saukkonnen no se da respiro y además de dirigir Before The Dawn, se inventa otro proyecto denominado Dawn Of Solance.


 



Dawn Of Solace, es el proyecto paralelo que se ha montado, Tuomas Saukkonen, líder de Before The Dawn. Aquí el multiinstrumentista finlandés se encarga de toda la instrumentación ya que no se trata de una banda al uso, sino de un trabajo personal. Toumas, solo cuenta con el apoyo vocal de Lars Eikind, en las voces limpias ya que él mismo se encarga también de las partes más agresivas. A su vez, interviene Jukka Salovaara en algunos efectos vocales y coros, además de colocar un solo en I Was Never There.
